Introduction

Our MDM (Mobile device management) solution allows us to deploy both Loop and Discover systems to Duty-Free PMI locations around the world. Importantly, this also includes updating the application and content remotely.

The MDM application is available for the following platforms:

  6. iOS

An overview of features the application contains:

  1. A one-step install to install content (Loop/Discover) with a 6 digit code

  2. Recording of regular status updates to the central server

  3. The ability for new content to be pushed to each deployment

  4. The ability to release updates to the application remotely for bug fixes and new features

  5. Monitoring and alerting of when a device is disconnected from the internet (or turned off)

  6. Auto open on login/boot
