Step 1. Getting the application

If you haven't already received the Please contact an administrator to receive the setup program

  1. You will most likely have the application setup added to a USB stick

  2. Open the USB Stick in File Explorer

  3. If you have the application ready to install then please click the setup program

Open up "This PC"
Find the setup program

Step 2. Installation

  1. The setup program will automatically install the application

  2. If you have any errors at this stage then please contact an admin

  3. The application should open automatically, if it doesn't please search for MDM Solution

Step 3. Enter Code

  1. Now enter the six-digit code provided by the admin

  2. The device will now take care of the setting up of data
