Installer integrity check has failed

If you received the below message when trying to uninstall the application then the uninstaller is corrupted.

This requires admin permission on your device.

Open Registry Editor

  1. Open Registry Editor on your device, search in Window's taskbar to find it.

  2. Press Ctrl + F or go to Edit -> Find

  3. Search for mdm-solution or MDM Solution as shown below:

Delete the registry values

  1. Once you have found a registry value matching MDM Solution select it

  2. Delete the file

  3. Press F3 or Edit -> Find Next, and repeat

Selecting a registry
Deleting a registry

Complete

  1. The application references are now removed

  2. You will now be able to install the application again (on a later version), see below:

Windows

This only deletes the registry values that stop the new installer from loading. You can also run a file search for MDM Solutionsearch for the installed files - delete these too.
